Damaged or Missing Package

  • Customers must record a proper unboxing video to claim any damage or missing item.

  • Any delivery-related issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, as per our Return & Exchange Policy.


Non-Delivery Situations

Watchomatic will not be responsible for non-delivery in cases of:
