An unboxing video is compulsory for any Return or Exchange request.
The unboxing video must be recorded from opening the sealed package till the product is fully visible.
The video should be clear, continuous, and unedited.
No Unboxing Video = No Return or Exchange
Return or Exchange requests are valid only within 24 hours of product delivery.
Any request raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
Return or Exchange will be accepted only if:
The product is damaged, defective, or missing inside the box.
A proper unboxing video is provided as proof.
Return or Exchange will NOT be accepted in the following cases:
No unboxing video provided.
Request made after 24 hours of delivery.
Return or exchange due to personal liking, preference, or satisfaction.
Minor color or design variation due to lighting or screen resolution.
Product used, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.
All Return & Exchange requests will be reviewed by Watchomatic.
The final decision regarding approval rests with Watchomatic.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
